Clinical Observation of Acute Cerebral Thrombosis Cases Treated by Shuxuetong Injection

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effection and the influence of blood hemorheology of Shuxuetong injection in acute cerebral infarction.Methods:128 acute cerebra1infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups:70 patients in therapeutic group were intravenously injected Shuxuetong and Shuxuening for 15 days,58 patients in control group were intravenously injected Shuxuening for 15 days.Other therapies were the same.Results:There were significantly differences in therapeutic effection between two groups,90.0% better in therapeutic group,81.0% better in control group(P0.05).Blood hemorheology condition in therapeutic group was better than that in control group.Conclusions:Shuxuetong injection can produce definitively therapeutic effect in acute cerebral infarction.
