Observation of Acute Cerebral Infarction Treated with Shuxuetong

Objective To observe the efficacy of shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods The enrolled 100 cases were randomized into shuxuetong treatment group and shuxuening control group,and were treated with shuxuetong injection and shuxuening injection respectively for 15 days.Nerve function defect score,the overall improvement rate and safety before treatment and 15 days after treatment were assessed in the cases of acute cerebral infarction.Results As compared with control group,the statistical significant differences presented in the improvements in nerve function defect and the total effective rate in treatment group(P0.01).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is advantageous in its safety,convenience and efficacy and is the effective drug for acute ischemic cerebral vascular disease.
