Abstract

To face new situation of development in the Chinese undergraduate higher education, the undergraduate in local colleges and universities also have the functions of training advanced talents with the innovational idea and ability. In the paper, the difficulties that are met in the progress of educational innovation, are reviewed, and the cultivating the ideas of innovation, converting further the concepts of education, improving the teaching contents and means; building the atmosphere of innovation , in the local colleges and universities, are discussed.
