Research on the Innovation of Student Management in Local Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

In recent years, with the continuous development of economic and social and the gradual increase in the number of college enrollment, the management situation of college students is becoming more and more complex.The defects and loopholes in the traditional management mode are exposed day by day, which has resulted in many students' management negligence.The national medium and long term educational reform and development plan (2010 -2020) encourages the local colleges and universities to boldly explore and test, to accelerate the pace of reform in key areas and links.Based on the author's teaching experience, this paper first analyzed the necessity of the innovation of student management mode in local colleges and universities, then analyzed the new problems faced by students management in local colleges and universities, finally put forward the innovative ideas of local college students' management work under the new situation. The Necessity of the Innovation of Student Management Mode in Local Colleges and UniversitiesStudent management mode innovation can adapt to the current social development, and achieve a better convergence of colleges and society.The increasing development of society has brought many uncertain factors to the management of colleges and universities, and a considerable part of the emergence of the problem in students is from the social phenomenon and bad habits.Local colleges and universities should actively respond to the Party Central Committee strategies to reform and innovate the student management mode.The outline of the new national educational development is also pointed out colleges and universities should serve the society better.As a main body of the university, the current college students are the soul and the main body of the university, Therefore, it is very necessary to innovate the management model.Student management mode innovation can fundamentally eliminate the emergence of campus problems,construct a harmonious campus.Under the traditional mode, the campus issues often happens, and lots of problems can not be targeted to solve.For example, the psychological problems are often not found in time, which is largely due to the observation of counselors is not enough and the sensitivity is not strong.Frequent university students jumping events give us a lot of reflection.Only by stepping up mode innovation, for example, the establishment of the relevant observer system and student psychological electronic file management system, can we fundamentally solve the problem of the campus.
