Practice and effects of deepening responsibility holistic nursing connotation

Objective To deepen the connotation of responsibility holistic nursing.Methods The measures included clarifying the responsibility of nurses strengthening the connotation of holistic nursing,adopting the division and coordination work model,emphasizing transition care,carrying out nursing skills training,enhancing specialized nursing services,enhancing the awareness rate of responsibility nurses,perfecting the performance management program,and establishing the mechanism of long-term management of responsibility nursing.Results The patients satisfaction,the patients' awareness rate of primary nurse,the quality of nursing services and the praised rate of nurses were increased(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion The exacerbation of responsibility nursing can enhance the responsibility awareness of nurses,improve the quality of nursing services and increase patients satisfaction.
