On the Punishment of Crime in Vocational Negligence

Abstract

Science and technology,with their benefits for human being,bring high rates of crimes in risky fields in production,transportation and construction.For social security and meet the need of punish and avoid crime of vocational negligence,the punishment of crime in vocational negligence should be more severe in criminal law so to change the tradition of lightly punishment than general negligence.It is necessary to employ an involuntary dangerous crime of vocational negligence,change the legal punishment of most crimes in vocational negligence to match the unity of punishment,and add fine and punishment against competence.
