Discussion on Reconstruction of Criminal Punishment System in China

With the development of socialist market economy,economic crime has been more and more attentive in China.Upon the guidance of fighting against economic crime strictly in accordance with law,China adopts serious punishment system on the enactment against economic crime.However,the criminal punishment system of seriousness but incompetence shall not reach the ideal result with excess of culpability input,which indicating the incapability of the current criminal punishment system.Therefore,we strive for detecting the characteristics and born reasons of criminal punishment system for economic crime in China.
