Abstract

Objective:To understand the regular epidemic pattern of influenza in Shijiazhuang from 2009 to 2010,so as to provide Scientific basis for preventing influenza. Methods:The throat swab of outpatient visits for influenza-like illness(ILI) in the surveillance hospital were collected and detected By real-time quantitative RT-PCR.Simultaneously the epidemiology of influenza were analyzed. Results:In 2009 to 2010,1490 throat swab were detected during the epidemic season.313(21.0%) were influenza A(H1N1)2009,72(4.83%) were influenza A(H3N2),28(1.88%) were influenza B virus. The proportion of visiting for ILI was in line with the viral detection rate and the peak in November. Conclusion:The peak of epidemic of influenza virus in Shijiazhuang was in November.Influenza A(H1N1) 2009 virus was the predominant strain.
