Antitumor Effects of Fufang Sanjin Capsule on Human Breast Cancer In Vivo

Abstract

Objective:To study the antitumor effect of Fufang Sanjin capsule on human breast cancer in vivo.Method:After being injected MCF-7 cells,thirty-two nude mice were randomly divided into four groups i.e.model group,low dose of FFSJ capsule group,high dose of FFSJ group and positive control group(n = 8 in each group,female).model groups were treated by water with 0.2ml,experimental groups were treated with FFSJ at the dose of 4,2g / kg / d and positive control group was treated with CTX at the dose of 0.03g / kg / d for 14 successive days respectively.Tumor inhibitive rate,tumor volume,body and spleen weight were observed.Result:Different doses of FFSJ capsule showed different levels of antitumor effects,while the weight of body and spleen almost did not change.The result of HE staining showed that the number of apoptotic and necrotic cells in tumor tissue increased after the treatment by FFSJ.Conclusion:FFSJ capsule has certain antitumor effects.
