Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the dissolution rates and quantities of amino acid from the pearl powder with different particle size.METHODS Pearls were grinded into different particle size. The dissolution rates and quantities of amino acid from the pearl poweder with diffent particle size were determined by UV.RESULTS The smaller the particle size of pearl size are,the bigger the dissolution rates of amino acid are.The superfine pearl powder had much high dissolution rates than non-superfine powder.CONCLUSION The dissolution rate of anmio acid can be improved by superfinely grinding of pearls.
