Abstract
According to the legislation empty of criminalvictims compensation,this article analyzes the necessity of national compensation system.When the criminal victims can get compensation from the actual criminals,the state compensation will become an important relief system.The paper further discusses establishing national compensation system,and puts forward the theoretical basis for the establishment of China's criminal compensation system.
