Abstract
This paper presents a plan of an intelligent community police car system.The car’s location information can trasmite to control center through GPRS.And with the WirelessIP Camara’s help,you can know the surrounding environment of the car.At the same time,the processor of control center integrated pattern recognition algorithm,which can identify or track people,suspicious vehicles,and also can convey instructions of cnorol center to the driver of the police car.
