Abstract

Organizational culture has a close relation to innovation performance.It builds up an integrated theoretical model on the relation of organizational culture,organizational learning and innovation performance,and puts forward a theoretical hypothesis that four different kinds of organizational culture affect firms' innovation performance through organizational learning.Through questionnaire investigation with the sample of 166 firms and by the method of SEM,it verifies the theoretical hypothesis mentioned above.It finds out that different organizational cultures have different influences on organizational learning and innovation performance.Based on the conclusion,it puts forward some related suggestions for managers and points out directions of future research.
