On Administrative Capability of Grassroots CPC Organizations in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The article analyzes such issues concerning administrative capability of grassroots party organizations in higher learning institutions as problems with concepts,channels,systems and instruments involved.It therefore presents measures towards promoting the performance of CPC units in the above-mentioned aspects.
