Abstract
Objective To investigate the alternation and clinical significance of platelet parameter in 260 children patients with bronchopneumonia. Methods To observe the alternation of 260 children patients with bronchopneumonia (severe pneumonia 110, mild pneumonia 150) platelet count (PLT), platelet hema-tocrit (PCT) , mean platelet volume (MPV) , platelet distribution width (PDW) , and compared it with 100 normal control-groups. Results①The platelet parameter of severe pneumonia-group and mild pneumonia-group in acute stage was significantly higher than those of control-groups(P0.05~0.01).②Severe pneumonia group' s and mild pneumonia group' s 4 platelet parameter in convalescene stage were lower than those in a acute stage(P0.05~0.01).③Severe pneumonia' s 4 platelet parameters were significantly higher than mild pneumonia group in acute stage (P0.01). Conclusion The results of this study suggest that the 4 platelet parameters of children patients with bronchial pneumonia abnormaly went up in acute stage , the extent of rise was closely connected with the state of an illness all index come back to normal in convalescene stage.
