Abstract
Objective Of misoprostol in preventing postpartum hemorrhage clinical efficacy. Methods The 152 cases of normal full-term pregnancy of maternal vaginal delivery were randomly divided into two groups and a control group of 76 cases, using misoprostol and oxytocin treatment, observation of the impact of postpartum blood loss and adverse reactions. Results The observation group 76 cases of postpartum hemorrhage volumegt;300ml in 5 cases (6.58%),the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in 1 case (1.32%);control group,76 cases of postpartum hemorrhage volumegt;300 ml in 14cases (18.42%),postpartum hemorrhage The incidence of 4 cases (5.26%).Observation group and control group compared with the amount of maternal postpartum hemorrhage was significant difference (P lt;0.05),adverse reaction to light. Conclusions Positive effects of misoprostol to prevent postpartum hemorrhage, less side effects and can reduce the maternal mortality rate, worthy to be popularized.
