THE EXPRESSION OF SERUM ADIPONECTIN AND ITS CORRELATION WITH SOME INFLAMMATORY FACTORS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Objective To investigate the serum adiponectin expression and its association with some related inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Fifty CHD patients diagnosed by angiography were enrolled in this study,of whom,20 with stable angina pectoris(SAP),and 30 unstable angina pectoris(UAP).The serum adiponectin,TGF-β1,IL-6 and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were determined.Fourteen healthy individuals were served as controls.Results Compared with the control,APN and TGF-β1 in SAP and UAP groups were decreased,and IL-6 and hs-CRP increased,the differences being significant(F=10.36-16.16;q=3.26-10.08;P0.05,0.01);Compared with SAP group,the APN and TGF-β1 in UAP group were lowered,and IL-6 and hs-CRP elevated(q=3.26-3.97,P0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP were negatively correlated with that of APN(r=-0.339,-0.322;P0.01),and that of TGF-β1 was positively correlated with APN(r=0.294,P0.05).Conclusion The changes of APN,TGF-β1,IL-6,and hs-CRP levels in CHD patients are of certain correlation with the extent of the disease,which are conducive to the assessment of the severity and development of the condition.
