Shugan Jiangni Method Treatment Cholecystectomy Bile Reflux Gastritis Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective] Treatment of shugan Jiangni Method observed after cholecystectomy bile reflux gastritis[ Methods]Using randomized controlled method,121 cases of bile reflux gastritis patients divided into two groups.The control group 61 cases received domperidone combined omeprazole,Treatment group,60 patients was given Shugan Jiangni Method(Dangshen,Huangshi each 15g,Caihu,Zhike,Baishao each 9g,Bohe 6g,Yujin 10g,Shenqu 9g,Dahuang 4.5g,Chushi fry 20g),mixed and packaged decoction,1 does/day,sooner or later,1 hour after meals oral administration of a continuous treatment for 7 days for a course.clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and adverse reactions were observed about two groups.Endoscopy after treatment,followed up after taking the drug in patients with adverse drug reactions.[ Results]In observation group,25 cases were completely cured and 18 were pately cured,13 were successfully affected and 4 was wasted in the former group,of which the total efficiency rate was 93.30%.In control group,the corresponding data is 11,20,14,16 and 73.80%.The effect of observation group was better than control group(P0.05).The clinical symptom score of observation group was better than control group after treatment(P0.05).[ Conclusion]Shugan Jiangni Method treatment of bile reflux gastritis significant effect,safe and reliable,no significant side effects,worthy of promotion.
