Shugan Hewei Jiangni Decoction Combined with Mosapride in Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Hewei Jiangni Decoction combined with Mosapride in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods: In our hospital in recent years,127 cases of bile reflux gastritis patients were given Mosapride and sucralfate orally. The observation group on the basis added Shugan Hewei Jiangni Decoction.The clinical symptom score improvement was evaluated. The indicators were nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and distension,pantothenic acid eructation. With reference to the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Practical Internal Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Digestive Diseases,the clinical symptoms relieved or disappeared clinical time and overall comparison were observed. Results: The treatment group cure rate's total efficiency was 52. 4% and 93. 9% respectively and the inefficiency was only 2. 4%,significantly better than that of the routine treatment in Western medicine control group( P 0. 05). And we observed the clinical symptoms after treatment. The loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and distension were significantly relieved than those of the control group and the clinical symptoms score was12. 2 ± 3. 5 which was significantly higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Shugan Hewei Jiangni Decoction combined with Mosapride in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis has important clinical significance.
