The Internal System in Constructing a Service-oriented Government

When constructing a post administrative management mode-a service-oriented government,in the industrialized China,we should first lay down a good foundation of value to solve a series of such problems as loss of belief and decline of moral standard,etc.brought about during the transition of the society,set up a clear indicator system,remold the moral value system for the leaders and public service personnel in the administrative government through recruitment,training and consolidation,etc.to build a moral government so as to promote the reconstruction of the whole social value system,and to make an effort for the construction of a service-oriented government and the realization of a socialist harmonious society.
