Abstract

A strain called Schizorhyllum commune ATCC38548 was cultivated in submerged state to produce cellulases. The effects of different factors, such as fermentation time, carbon sources, mass concentration of carbon sources and inoculation volumes, were investigated by single-factor experiments.Initrosalicylic acid colorimetric method(DNS) was used to measure the activities of carboxymethyl cellulase(CMC),filter paperlyase(FPA) and crystallite cellulase(AVI).The results showed that production summits of 3 enzymes was inconsistent, but the total activities of cellulase had a maximum value after 6 days fermentation.Filter paper was a good carbon source due to its inductivity for cellulase, and 20g/L of mass concentration and 5mL of inoculation volume brought the best output of cellulase. All these 3 enzymes had different activities in different culture conditions.
