Value of Ultrasonography in diagnosis of uretero lithiasis

Abstract
Purpose:To evaluate the value of B type Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ureterolithiasis.Methods:Clinical materials of 110 cases of patients with ureterolithiasis were analysed. All patients received B type ultrasonography and x ray examination and diagnosis was confirmed by the discharge of stones through ureterolithotomy,lithotripsy or comprehensive treatment.Results:The correct diagnosis rate of B type ultrasonography in this group was 88.18 %.Conclusions:B type ultrasonography is useful and reliable in diagnosis of ureterolithiasis.
