Abstract
Crossbred lambs of Suffolk(♂) x Small Tail Hah Sheep(♀) and Dorset Sheep(♂) x Small Tail Han Sheep(♀),with the same conditions of breeding and management, there was signiticant different aa daily weight gain during fatting of 90 days, carcass weight and slaughter percentage of 6-month-old among Suffolk-Han F1,Dorset-Han F1 and Han sheep(P0.01).No difference was observed on growth performance between Suffolk-Han F1 and Dorset-Han F1(P0.05).The experiment indicated that the advantages of faster growing and higher meat production of Suffolk-Han F1,Dorset-Han F1 have represented in crossbred offspring,in addition, heterosis was apparent.
