Abstract
Using enzyme activity as evaluation index, the extraction process of SOD from fresh Cordyceps militaris was optimized.Through single factor experiment and L9(34)orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:amount of fresh Cordyceps militaris was 0.5g,dosage of phosphate buffer solution was 20 mL,pH value of phosphate buffer solution was 8.0,ultrasonic extraction time was20 min,(NH4)2SO4saturation was 42%.Under above conditions, the enzyme activity of SOD was the highest.
