An Analysis of Current College Students' Employment Problems and Solutions

Abstract

Based on the interview of some graduates in Jinshan College and the recruitment personnel of enterprises,this paper analyses the problems in college students' employment and,based on the experience gained in providing employment guidance,puts forward some suggestions on enhancing the students' employment ability with a view to providing some reference for improving the work of college students' employment guidance.
