There are over 200million registered students throughout the country and have become a huge social com-munity.Ensuring them free from any forms of harm is essential to the protection of the students'legal rights,to the normal order of the teaching activities and the sound development of our education.The disputes caused by physical accident injury are increasing year by year,and accordingly have brought a series of problems on legal obligation and injury compensation.Based on the statements of an actual case and analysis of related legal provisions,this paper puts forward a few new ideas of the principles and operations on dealing with those physical accidents.
