Clinical analysis of 34 cases of the open surgery menthods for complexity renal calculi

Objective To analysis and summarize the efficacy of the open surgery menthods for complexity renal calculi.Methods 34 cases of patients with complexity renal calculi,which line the renal pelvis or renal sinus renal pelvis incision in 19 cases,renal pelvis plus incision in 8 cases,renal parenchyma incision in 7 cases.Results Lithotomy was successful in all case with an average operation time of 156 minutes.There was no blockage of renal pedicle in all cases during operation.Renal function improved to varying degrees after operative and 5 cases of residual small stones.Conclusion To adopt a different type of open lithotomy give a good effect for different situation of complexity renal calculi.
