The design and application of “The Evaluation Scale of Health Education Effects of Nurse Students in Clinical Practice”

To improve the health education ability of nurse students and remedy the insufficiency of health education because of the lack of clinical nurses, the Evalua- tion Scale of Health Education Effects of Nurse Students in Clinical Practice was de- signed and applied. After a year’s practice, the application of the evaluation scale im- proved the communication skills, initiative service consciousness, self-confidence and sense of responsibility of nurse students greatly. Moreover, the human resource was utilized more reasonably, the health education was carried out hundred percent, and the patient satisfactory was improved greatly.
