Abstract
Objective Retrospective analysis of resources utilization in township hospitals of China for the last 10 years to provide reference for the new healthcare reform. Method Literature review,investigation,and data analysis. Result Under the condition of lack of government investment and unsound mechanism,resources and utilization in township hospitals was influenced by external policy environment,and existed decline on medical services enthusiasm and inadequacy medical service. Conclusion Implementation of investment,perfecting mechanism,giving full role to township hospitals in providing basic medical services will benefit the achievement of the new healthcare reform goal.
