On the National Uniform College Entrance Examination System in Russia

In order to make the examination fair,just and impersonal,and to improve the quality of education and to promote the process of educational modernization,the Russian government has carried on the uniform examination instead of the middle school graduation examination and college entrance examination.Russian college entrance examination system has been developing on the way from independence to the uniform,which has shown such features as increasing the opportunity of college enrollment,the humanity of examination arrangements,and the integration of uniform college entrance examination and independence one.
