Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of compound preparation of TCM Qijie Cream(CQJG) on rats skin wound.Methods: Full thickness incised wound on the back of rats were used as wound models.72 rats were divided randomly into 3 groups and treated with Fanshiling Cream(A),Jingwanghong Cream(B),and CQJC(C),respectively.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by measuring the wound healing rate on the 3rd,7th,10th,14th day after wound,The lysozyme in wound tissue was tested by the means of streptavidin-perosidase immunohistochemistry.and the fibroblast cellular apoptosis in granulation tissues was studied by TUNEL method.All counted data were expressed in the form of x-±s,and processed by SPSS16.0 statistics software.Results: On the 7th,10th,14th day after wound,the wound healing rates,in the group B and C were increasing more obviously than those in the group A(p0.01).Compared with group B and group C,the difference is obvious in the wound healing(p0.01).The content of wound lysozyme of CQJC group was obviously higher than that of other groups.When applied with CQJC at 3rd day and 7th day after changing dressing,the wound cellular apoptosis was distinctly increased,and after that it turned to normal level gradually.Conclusion: CQJG could accelerate healing of wound obviously.CQJC can enhance the content of wound phagocyte lysozyme,induce the active apoptosis,and it is good for debridement of the wound in early stage.
