Effect of compound-zigui cream (CZGC) for growth factor of wound healing of rats rkin

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of compound preparation of TCM Zigui Cream ( CZGC)on rats skin wound. Methods Full thickness excisional wound on the back of rats were used as wound models.The 125 rats were divided randomly into 5 groups and treated with FanShiLing Cream (A),JingWangHong Cream(B),a large (C),middle (D),and small (E)doses of CZGC respectively.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by measuring the wound healing rate,the thickness of granulation tissue on the 3rd,7th,10th,14th days after wound,calculating the Total Area and Area density,Number and Number density,Perimeter density of capillary tubes of granulation tissue on the 7th by thepathology tectology (HE) ,and taking down the Average healing time at last. Results on the 7th,10th,14th after wound the wound healing rate,the thickness of granulation tissueof group C、D、E were increasing more obviously than those of groups A (P0.01). Histopathology Image analysis showed on the 7th,the Total Area and Area density、 Number and Number density、Perimeter density of capillary tubes of granulation tissue of group C、D、E were obviously improved as compared with groups A (P0.05 or P0. 01) ,and The effect of group C、D were superior to the group B ( P0.01 or P0. 01). group C、D、E decurtate the Average healing time obviously ( P0.01). Conclusion CZGC can accelerate healing of wound obviously.The mechanisms might be related to promoting the proliferation of capillary tubes,and facilitating the growth of granulation tissue.
