Study progress of electroless silver plating on non-metallic powders

Abstract
The development tendency and characteristics of electroless silver plating on non-metallic powders were introduced.The study status and applications of electroless silver plating on different metallic powders, such as hollow glass microsphere,SnO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),fiber,carbon nanotube,gra-phite,BaTiO_(3),and etc.,were overviewed.The factors(affecting) electroless silver plating on non-metallic powders were discussed,including pre-treatment,surfactant,main salt content,temperature,addition rate of silver ions,etc.
