Abstract
Different surfactants were used to disperse and wet the solution. AgNO3 activator was used in replace of PdC12 activator in the electroless Ag-coating of hollow glass micro-spheres. The influences of surfactants on electroless silver plating were studied. The results show that good sintering effect is related to the uniform coatings and the conductive filler with compact resistance less than 4 × 10-3 Ω· cm can be obtained by using PVP as surfactant in electroless silver plating.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
