Abstract
The genetic polymorphisms of 4 microsatellite were detected in Ili horse.PCR amplification production were separated by 8% nondenaturing PAGE.Number of alleles and alleles frequency were counted.According to alleles frequencies of 4 microsatellite Locus,Polymorphic information contents(PIC),heterozygosity(H)and their mean values were calculatied.The average PIC of 4 microsatellite Locus were 0.697 3,which showed these microsatellite Locus were effective markers for genetic analysis on Ili horse.
