Abstract

Here introduced are the practice producing high carbon steel billet with CC process in Jiuquan Iron and steel CO. The technologic routine and measures to produce high-grade high carbon steel billet have been put forward. The elementary analyses for the technical-economical indices and billet quality were also made so that it would act for improving the billet quality.
