Abstract
Considering the equipments of Masteel,aim at the effect of continuous casting process parameters on internal quality of high carbon steel billet,via strengthen slag-stop during tapping,optimize de-oxidize process,suitable control the superheat,adjust the casting speed,the second cooling water flow rate,the parameter of the M-EMS,etc.efficiency improved the quality of high carbon steel billet production.
