Abstract

There are a lot of problems such as high drug price,low compensation,complex procedure,difficulty trip and low awareness of rural cooperative medical care in the undeveloped areas.It is very urgent and important in the health development for rural cooperative medical system to strengthen fund raising,manage rural cooperative medical system,medical assistance,approval and other effective system from the efficiency of system currently.
