On the Development of University Library's Information Service under the New Situation

Through analyzing the developing and changing trends of the model of university library's information service,this paper points out that the university library,that wants to develop rapidly,must strengthen the Internet information service,construct the high-level service ranks,and make great efforts to improve the information literacy of the librarians.
