Abstract
Based on the present situation of management and service of library in higher schools,it discusses the necessity of mode of university library's information service and proposes to document information service of new higher requirements.It points out that the university library information service,which is the library development of modern science and technology industry of new service model,is the needs of the development of college library management information,but also the inevitable result of information-based society development.
