Rural Knowledge Poverty and New Rural Manpower Resource Development

Rural poverty is not only the poor income,but also the mankind poverty and knowledge poverty.The source of rural poverty is the knowledge poverty,and the basic channel of eliminating the rural knowledge poverty is the develop the rural manpower resource.For a long time,the rural education goal has not provided peasants with the ability to seek the livelihood in the rural area and then change its appearance,and therefore restricted the rural manpower resource development.In the new rural construction,it is very important to establish the new rural education system to develop the basic strategy of rural manpower resource.Therefore,the state should set up the long-effect mechanism to develop the manpower resource,cities should initiatively participate in the rural manpower resource development,and rural people should change the traditional educational idea and develop the rural manpower resource according to the need of new rural construction.
