The Analysis of Endoscopic Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the therapy of endoscopic surgery of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method:We divided 120 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 randomly into two groups,60 cases in control group,They were given conventional surgical treatment,the study group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,Then analyzed statistically the two groups of patients with surgery.Result:The total effective rate was 61.6%,96.7% in the control group and study group,by statistical analysis and processing,X2=22.28,P0.01,There's significant difference.Conclusion:Endoscopic surgery is an effective method for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative treatment can significantly improve the correct surgery.
