Abstract
Along with the rapid development of computer technology the applying basic courses of computer in universities and colleges should be improved and strengthened to gain the training goal of the basic education of computer of students and constantly raise the level of the basic education of computer. So, it is very urgent to reform the basic courses of computer in universities and colleges.
