Abstract
The meiosis behavior of pollen mother cell and development of anther and microspore of genetic male sterile (NMS) pepper were observed .The results showed that the meiosis behavior of pollen mother cell of sterile is normal. Abortion occurred after formation of tetrads. The abnormality of tetrad callose wall degradation and tapetum development was associated with the abortion of microspore.
