Abstract
Objective To investigate the infection of hepatitis B virus and the HBV vaccine inoculation status, and analyze the liver function of HBsAg positive students with the aminotransferase(ALT)test. Methods The rapid colloid gold method was used to detect HBsAg and HBsAb in 6 984 students from a university in Beijing in 2006.ALT was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The HBsAg positive rate was 4.4%,and no significant differences were found in HBsAg positive rates between bachelors and postgraduates(P0.05),and between the male and female students(P0.05).The HBsAb positive rate was 72.4%.The abnormal ALT percentage(ALT≥60 IU/L)was 5.1%.There were significant differences between HBsAg positive and negative students(P0.01).Conclusions It is important to enhance the health education on communicable diseases and enhance the inoculation of HBV vaccine to prevent the spread of HBV.
