On Plight and Strategy of Developing Rural Elementary Education Starting from Its Importance to Rural Economic Development

Currently,the problems in developing China's rural elementary education mainly are impact of tax-for-free reform on rural elementary education funds,disadvantages of management system of county-centered educational finance,and the teachers,which limit the speed and profit of rural economic development to a great degree.Hence,our country should further improve management system of educational finance,enlarge transfer payment from the exchequer,and increase construction on teachers' team,accordingly help rural elementary education get out of trouble and play its due part on developing rural economy.
