On Issues of Chinese Market of Property Rights

In the paper the author analyzes issues related to the construction and management of Chinese market of property rights, and gets the conclusion that first the construction and management of the market include the normalization of transaction subjects,the evaluation of transaction objects,and the normalization of transaction intermediaries. Second,the selling of state-owned property rights is the unity between generality and specialty. Third,the existence, operation and management of state-owned property rights have double goals.Forth,the solution of problems raised from the transaction of the state-owned property rights should rely on the government.
