PRESENT SITUATION OF RESEARCH AND APPLICATION AND TRENDS OF THERMAL INSULATION AND ENERGY-SAVING ROOFING MATERIALS IN CHINA

With continuous development of energy-saving buildings in China,roof thermal insulation,as an important part of building energy conservation,has become a new field of research and application of energy conservation technology in China.Although the types and production capacity of thermal insulation roofing materials have expanded in China,as a whole the research and application of thermal insulation roofing materials are still very inadequate.In this paper,the development situations of thermal insulation roofing materials in China are introduced respectively from the perspective of materials,and the future development trends of such materials in China are predicted based on an analysis on advantages and disadvantages of various materials.
