Abstract
To optimize hormone combination of cucumber callus subculture,primary callus were induced by different cucumber explants,then primary callus were sbucultured. The mathematical model was established by central composite design combined with response surface methodology and the concentrations of hormones for callus subculture were optimized. Result showed that the determination conefficient R2of the model was 0. 9957. Optimal combination of hormone for callus subculture of cucumber was MS with 6-BA 1. 009 mg / L,IAA 0. 5502 mg / L and AgN031. 1026 mg / L.
