Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Wanshi Niuhuang Qingxin Pellets.Method A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination.A Shim-Pack CLC-ODS C 18 column( 150 mm× 6 mm, 5 μm)was used,with the mobile phase of acetonitrile:KH 2PO 4(V∶V= 3∶7),at the detection wavelength of 280 nm.Result The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 6 04~ 48 32 mg·L -1(r= 0 999 8);the mean recovery was 102 0%(n=9),RSD=1 73%;The linear range of baicalin was 11 88~ 71 28 mg·L -1(r= 0 999 7);the mean recovery was 99 4%(n=9),RSD=2 34%.Conclusion The method can be used in the quality control of Wanshi Niuhuang Qingxin Pellets.
